WordPress • WooCommerce • Your own VPS

Your WordPress, on your server. Minus the terminal.

PaperScale runs WordPress and WooCommerce on the VPS you already rent: a tuned LiteSpeed stack, free SSL, backups to storage you own, staging and safe updates, all from one panel, with no agent left running on your server.

What You Get

Fast, backed up and kept current — on your own server

01 • The stack

Tuned for WordPress before you touch a setting

Every site gets the same carefully built image in its own containers: OpenLiteSpeed with LiteSpeed Cache for full pages, Valkey for the object cache, MariaDB and PHP 8.5. WordPress security releases are rolled out for you, and the certificate is issued and renewed on its own.

02 • Backups

Backups you own, proven to restore

Files and database go to storage in your name, encrypted before they leave the server. Once a month PaperScale restores them into a throwaway database to prove they open. Bring a whole site back from its own page.

03 • Safe updates

Try it on staging. Update with a snapshot first.

Clone the live site — database and wp-content — to its own address and test a plugin or theme on real data; staging never writes back to production. Every update in production starts with a snapshot, and a failed one goes back to the version that worked.

Who It's For

Built for agencies, freelancers and WooCommerce stores.

Agencies & Freelancers

Every client site in one panel, on servers you control

Group clients on shared machines or give a big one its own VPS. Backups go to storage you hold the keys to, staging comes before sign-off, and clients keep working in wp-admin — the server stays yours.

WooCommerce Stores

A store that stays quick on the day it gets busy

The whole VPS belongs to your store, with caching that leaves carts and checkout alone and Valkey keeping wp-admin and order screens fast.

Why Your Own Server

Simple to run. Yours to keep.

You rent the server from the provider you choose and pay them directly. PaperScale sets it up, keeps it patched and backed up, and tells you in plain words when something needs a person.

Any VPS, any provider

Connect a fresh Debian 13 or Ubuntu 26.04 server with one command, or the root password once. Setup takes about five minutes.

Free SSL, renewed

Point a domain and the certificate follows. PaperScale checks the domain reaches your server before switching it over.

Login guard

Addresses that keep failing to sign in are locked out on every login route, not just wp-login.php.

Health and alerts

CPU, memory and disk for every server, and an email that says what happened when a site or server needs you.

Team, 2FA and passkeys

Invite the people who help you, and protect the account that holds every site with an authenticator app or a passkey.

No lock-in

No agent and no proprietary format. Stop using PaperScale and your sites keep running on your server, exactly as they were.

Your next WordPress site, on your own server. Today.

Fourteen days free, no card. Connect a server, add a site, point the domain — and keep the server even if you leave.
